Emirates airline, based in the UAE, has
declared plans to hire 5,000 personnel from six continents throughout the
current year. The airline's recruitment team is conducting open days and
assessments in over 460 cities globally to assemble a diverse cabin crew. Upon
selection, the cabin crew members will undergo an eight-week training program
at Emirates' facility in Dubai. These are the latest jobs in UAE 2024.
In an official statement, the airline
noted, "Selected individuals will develop the ability to work effectively
in a multicultural team, maintain focus and composure under pressure, embody
hospitality and exceptional service, and represent an iconic brand."
This hiring initiative is specifically
designed for recent graduates entering the job market. Emirates has extended
invitations to fresh graduates with internships or part-time work experience,
those with a minimum of one year in hospitality or customer service roles, and
individuals aspiring to pursue careers involving global travel.
In the previous year, Emirates recruited
8,000 cabin crew members through events held in 353 cities, bringing the total
number to 21,500. The airline emphasized that the new recruits will join the
world's largest international airline and benefit from learning hospitality and
life skills from top trainers in the industry.
Emirates highlighted that the cabin crew
will have the opportunity to travel across more than 140 cities in 76 countries
and enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits.
